The National Chairman of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP), Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, has predicted that President Bola Tinubu could lose the 2027 presidential election if the election is conducted freely, fairly and credibly.
Speaking on Politics Today, Baba-Ahmed said Tinubu would be defeated “before 4 p.m.” on election day if Nigerians are given a transparent and credible electoral process.
He warned that preventing millions of dissatisfied Nigerians from freely expressing their choice at the ballot box could pose a serious threat to the country’s democracy.
According to him, although removing the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) from power would be difficult, it is still achievable through a credible electoral process and strong political mobilisation.
