The Federal Government has announced the return of another 65 Nigerians from South Africa, with the group expected to arrive in Nigeria on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed this in a statement issued on Tuesday by its spokesperson, Kimiebi Ebienfa.
According to the ministry, the returnees, whose repatriation was sponsored by private individuals, are scheduled to leave Oliver Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg at 3:30 p.m. local time aboard South African Airways.
The development forms part of ongoing efforts to facilitate the return of Nigerians from South Africa through privately sponsored arrangements.
